I was using my e-banking to check through the account transactions.

Then I noticed something was wrong.
Two of the cheques I issued had been returned!
I went to local branch to inquire the reason for such incidents.
To my dismay, the answer they gave: The reason will only be known by the branch which returned the cheque to your client.
So that means I, the issuer of the cheque, will be in total darkness as to the reason my cheque being returned.
Duh. In this electronic age, can’t they put a simple comment box there? Is it too much to ask?
Wah! So berani ah! You use e-banking! Up until now, I dare not use because too many IT savvy ‘professionals’ around…. I’m the IT idiot…. so better not venture into that. hehe….
ECL We can only hold off driving for so long, even knowing that the no1 killer is traffic accident. I guess cyber security really pale in comparison?
I use internet banking for everything; its great, true there’s risk involved but so is everything.
