I called up AIA hotline this morning.
The phone menu I had to navigate through was so complex that I doubt many would reach the intended destination successfully on the first try. I had to hang up two times before I finally got it right.
Anyway, while I waded through the maze, I distinctively heard : Press 7 to participate in Customer Service Satisfactory Survey
Are you telling me that there are actually people out there who willingly call up customer helpline to participate in your survey? Unbelievable!
