I called up AIA hotline this morning.
The phone menu I had to navigate through was so complex that I doubt many would reach the intended destination successfully on the first try. I had to hang up two times before I finally got it right.

Anyway, while I waded through the maze, I distinctively heard : Press 7 to participate in Customer Service Satisfactory Survey
Are you telling me that there are actually people out there who willingly call up customer helpline to participate in your survey? Unbelievable!
Next time, try to press zero a few times. Some system will connect you direct to an operator, even if they don’t say zero is an option. Some system will redirect to an operator after a few invalid numbers are entered.
I read before an article in the US, a system can even detect if you say bad word or you shout really loud. They will transfer you to an operator instead of navigating the menu.
people have no confidence in AIA afte the global crisis nowadays…
